At that time, many people from Barcelona’s creative scene came together: Mariscal, Fernando Salas, Palatchi, Josep Joanpere, Barceló, Pere Torrent (Peret), Fernando Amat, Mario Eskenazi, Pati Núñez… They all started to paint the table cloths and wonderful things came out.
The famous painting that Mariscal painted for Mordisco served to represent the friendship of all those of the time. Some Japanese visitors wanted to buy the painting during the Olympics but we did not let them. It is an icon that represents our Mordisco family.
In those days the nights were long and lively, they closed the kitchen at 1:30-2:00am and until that time there were long queues on the pavement of Rosselló street. In that place we experienced millions of anecdotes.
